Company Information

Influence was founded in the summer of 2006 by Faheem A. Mujahid in San Jose, California

Faheem A. Mujahid

Faheem A. Mujahid, affectionately known as Fa, is a native of Rochester, New York. As an all conference football player at Franklin High School in Seattle, Washington, he received several football accolades. He went on to graduate from Fork Union Military Academy and was recruited by several Division I schools ( Duke, Nebraska, University of Washington, Syracuse and Stanford). In 2005, a sports related injury forced him to give up his football career. Faheem majored in Sports Medicine and minored in Kinesiology.

Due to his love for physical fitness, he decided to relocate to California to pursue a career in personal training. While on the west coast, he was given the opportunity to work for several fitness companies such as Bally's & 24-Hour fitness. He also worked with professional athletes and celebrities- St Louis super bowl winning tight end Roland Williams, and singer Kem to name a few.

Although these opportunities were fulfilling, Faheem longed for something more. Thus he decided to create his own fitness company - Influence. His company is based on the same inspirational foundation from which his desire for health and fitness originally stemmed from "the power to increase the value in someones life."The company's goal is to help their clients understand the effect physical health and awareness have towards ones mental and spiritual well being. Faheem truly believes that his company can one day decrease the percentage of the population that is overweight and alter the way people understand the value of health and fitness.
